Ramstore is the best known supermarket chain in Kazakhstan and one of the major stockists of global brand names in food and household items. Local, Turkish and international goods are on sale and a great variety of fresh European and local salads always prove very popular with the customers, a large proportion of which are ex-pats. The first Ramstore came to Almaty in 1997 since when over 20 more have been opened across the country.
