9-Day Belukha Adventure: Trekking & Horseback Journey in Katon-Karagay Day 1: Flight to Ust-Kamenogorsk & Transfer to Katon-Karagay National Park Fly from Almaty to Ust-Kamenogorsk, then take a 400 km scenic transfer to Uryl village. Enjoy stunning landscapes, sunflower fields, and a dip in the Bukhtarma Reservoir. Spend the night at 'Shakarim' guesthouse. Day 2: Trek to Lake Yazevoe & Berel Kurgans After breakfast, take a 4x4 off-road ride to Lake Yazevoe, stopping at Berel Kurgans, an ancient Scythian burial site. After reaching the lake, start a 25 km trek towards Belukha, with horses carrying gear. Camp overnight in Sarsenbai Valley. Day 3: Hiking to Lower Camp & Koksol Waterfall Continue trekking and horseback riding through hills, lakes, and rivers, crossing the White Berel River via a historic bridge. Reach Lower Camp by evening, where you'll see Kazakhstan’s highest waterfall – Koksol. Set up camp and stay overnight. Day 4: Sunrise at Ravnovesie Lake & Foot of Belukha Hike 2.5 km to witness the sunrise at Lake Ravnovesie, with optional swimming. After lunch, trek to the foot of Belukha, absorbing its sacred energy. Return to camp for dinner and rest. Day 5: Return to Sarsenbai Valley Start the 25 km journey back on horseback, stopping along the way for breathtaking scenic views. Set up camp, have dinner, and enjoy the final night under the stars. Day 6: Back to Lake Yazevoe & Guesthouse Relaxation Return to Lake Yazevoe, where a vehicle awaits. Travel back to Uryl and enjoy a hot sauna and dinner at guesthouse 'Shakarim'. Day 7: Rahmanov Springs & Radostny Pass Visit Rahmanov Springs, a natural thermal area. Hike to Radostny Pass for a panoramic view of Belukha or explore Veronica Waterfall. Return to Uryl for dinner. Day 8: Ust-Kamenogorsk, Katon-Karagay Market & Bukhtarma Reservoir Drive back to Ust-Kamenogorsk, stopping at the Katon-Karagay Market to buy kumis, honey, and local products. Swim or fish at Bukhtarma Reservoir, then check in to your hotel for the night. Day 9: Flight Back to Almaty Morning transfer to the airport for your return flight. Additional: Buffer Day A reserve day is included in case of bad weather in the mountains.

• Please note that you should arrive to city Ustkamenegorsk in 24th of July. And 25th of July transfer organized from Ustkamenegorsk to Katon Karagay Park. (We can assist you with domestic flight) The tour activities don't require strenuous trekking, suitable for most in good physical condition and all ages.
