Day 1: Shakpak-Ata – Kapamsai – Torysh – Kokala – Sherkala – Valley of Castles – Airakty
Begin your journey with a visit to Shakpak-Ata, one of Mangystau’s most important historical and spiritual landmarks. Then continue to the picturesque Kapamsai Canyon, famous for its impressive rock formations. After that, explore Torysh, also known as the Valley of Balls, where hundreds of mysterious stone spheres are scattered across the landscape.
Next, visit the remarkable Kokala, where colorful sandstone formations preserve traces of the ancient sea that once covered this region. Continue to Sherkala, the legendary 'Lion Mountain' and one of Mangystau’s most iconic natural landmarks.
Then explore the Valley of Castles, where wind and water have sculpted spectacular rock formations resembling ancient fortresses. End the day at Airakty, enjoying breathtaking panoramic views and unique mountain landscapes. Spend the night in a tent, experiencing authentic local hospitality and enjoying homemade lunch and dinner.
Day 2: Kyzylkup – Bokty Mountain – Bozzhyra
On the second day, visit Kyzylkup and Bokty Mountain, famous for their striking red-and-white striped hills and spectacular desert scenery.
Continue to Bozzhyra, one of the most breathtaking and iconic destinations in Mangystau. Visit both the Upper and Lower Bozzhyra viewpoints, admire the magnificent limestone cliffs, and explore the canyon. Breakfast and lunch are included.
After an unforgettable day, you will be transferred to your hotel or Aktau International Airport, according to your flight schedule.
