Discover the breathtaking landscapes of southeastern Kazakhstan on this unforgettable 3-day adventure from Almaty. On the first day, travel to Altyn-Emel National Park and explore some of its most remarkable hidden gems. Visit the legendary 700-year-old willow tree before discovering the surreal landscapes of the Aktau and Katutau Mountains, famous for their vibrant colors and otherworldly rock formations. After a day surrounded by untouched nature, spend the evening in the peaceful village of Basshy and enjoy authentic local hospitality.
The second day begins with a visit to the iconic Singing Dune, one of Kazakhstan’s most fascinating natural phenomena. Climb the giant sand dune and hear the mysterious vibrating sounds created by the wind and sand movement. Continue to the ancient Oshaktas Stone Steles before heading to the breathtaking Charyn Canyon. Walk through the famous Valley of the Castles, admire the dramatic rock formations, and capture unforgettable panoramic views. Overnight stay in the mountain village of Saty.
On the final day, enjoy breakfast surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery before visiting the magical Kaindy Lake, known for its submerged forest and crystal-clear turquoise water. Continue to the stunning Kolsai Lakes, often called the “Pearls of the Tien Shan,” where pine forests and alpine landscapes create a perfect setting for relaxation and photography.
