Day 1: Charyn Canyon and Kolsai Lake
Your journey begins at 8:00 AM with pickup from your hotel in Almaty. Travel towards Charyn Canyon, one of Kazakhstan’s most spectacular natural landmarks. On the way, make a short stop in Bayseit village, where you can see a local market and purchase snacks or local products.
Continue to Charyn Canyon and explore the famous “Valley of Castles,” known for its dramatic rock formations and breathtaking landscapes. After visiting the canyon, continue towards Kolsai Lake through the scenic mountain landscapes.
Arrive at Kolsai Lake and enjoy a peaceful walk along the shore, surrounded by beautiful mountains and alpine scenery. After the excursion, travel to Saty village and check in at your guest house for the night.
Day 2: Kaindy Lake and Return to Almaty
After breakfast, depart at 8:00 AM for Kaindy Lake, famous for its spectacular submerged forest rising from the turquoise mountain waters. Enjoy time exploring the area and taking photos of this unique natural landmark.
Around noon, return to Saty village for lunch and check out from the guest house. After lunch, begin the journey back to Almaty. Enjoy the changing scenery along the way before arriving in Almaty in the afternoon or evening.
