'Our Outfitter KZ team is pleased to offer you a comprehensive one-day city tour along the following route: The day starts with a meeting at the hotel. We are heading to the high-mountain skating rink Medeu (20 km), the world's largest high-mountain sports complex, located at an altitude of 1700 meters on the northern slope of the Zaili Alatau ridge, 14 km from the city of Almaty. Medeu's optimal conditions for skating, including high mountains and clear mountain water for ice, have allowed numerous speed skating records to be set here. The stadium holds the record for 320 world records between 1952 and 1988. Next, we climb from the mountain resort of Shymbulak along three cable cars to the stunning Talgar Pass at an altitude of 3000 meters above sea level. We will make a short mountain hike to a small moraine lake, surrounded by snow even in the summer months. Next, the popular Chimbulak ski resort, located above the Medeo skating rink on the Zailiysky Alatau ridge. Lunch will be at a cafe in the Shymbulak ski resort. After that, we will return to the city ( 20 km) and visit Mount Kok-Tobe with an observation deck that offers a breathtaking view of Almaty and the snow-capped peaks of the Zailiysky Alatau ridge. On the slope of Kok-Tobe you will find the famous 372-meter Almaty TV tower, the symbol of the city and the tallest building. Finally, we will take you back to your hotel for an overnight stay in Almaty.'
