Besonders bemerkenswert ist der herrliche Blick auf die Stadt, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. Eine Seilbahnstation, die vom Stadtzentrum von Almaty auf den Hügel führt, befindet sich in der Nähe des Hotel Kazakhstan.
