Comfort Hotel Astana is one of the city’s better known establishments with one of the longest track records in customer satisfaction. Open for ten years, quite a long time in this new and rapidly progressing city, it is located on the Left Bank of the river not far from the business area of the capital, including the area set aside for embassies. The international airport is 13 km away and easy to reach.
Comfort’s main selling point is not its class, for it does not go in for unnecessary style. Rather it attracts guests with the quality of its service and facilities which keep people coming back over long periods of time. Weekends see prices reduced, but in all, this is one of Astana’s few hotels at this end of the market and for this reason, guest such as business people, diplomats and airline personnel are more than happy to pay knowing that it is simply one of the city’s best hotels.
